In addition, there are 24 studio apartments, which have their own cooking facilities. The site is a 15-minute walk from Leeds train station.

The GIA of the building is 7,396 m². Members of the team, procured the construction through a design and build contract and operationally managed the completed trading asset.

This 239-bed student accommodation scheme was delivered in 2017.
