Old Quarter is one section of the residential development forming part of the Ballincollig Town Centre development providing a mix of quality suburban houses in the form of 2 and 3 bed townhouses, 3 and 4 bed semis and 4 bed detached. The scheme provides 426 houses.
The residential development is divided into four distinct areas, Waltham Abbey, Leslies Arch, Coopers Grange and Millers Court, all of which bear names with strong historical connections to both the barracks and the former Royal Gunpowder Mills.
